五金零件加工精度的測量方法

1、按是否直接測量(liang)(liang)被測參數(shu),可分為直接測量(liang)(liang)和間接測量(liang)(liang)。

2、按量(liang)(liang)具量(liang)(liang)儀的(de)(de)讀數值是否直接(jie)表(biao)示被測尺寸的(de)(de)數值,可分為絕對測量(liang)(liang)和相對測量(liang)(liang)。

4、按一次測量參數的多少,分為(wei)單(dan)項測量和綜合測量。

6、按被(bei)測(ce)零件在測(ce)量過(guo)程中所處(chu)的狀態(tai),分為靜態(tai)測(ce)量和(he)動態(tai)測(ce)量。

二、五金(jin)零(ling)件加工精度的相關內容:

1、尺寸精度:指加工(gong)后零件(jian)的(de)實際尺寸與(yu)零件(jian)尺寸的(de)公差帶(dai)中心的(de)相符合程度。

2、形(xing)(xing)狀精(jing)度:指加(jia)工后(hou)的(de)零件表(biao)面(mian)的(de)實際幾何形(xing)(xing)狀與理想的(de)幾何形(xing)(xing)狀的(de)相符(fu)合程度。
