五金零件加工精度的測量方法

1、按是否直接(jie)測(ce)量被測(ce)參數,可分為(wei)直接(jie)測(ce)量和間(jian)接(jie)測(ce)量。

2、按量(liang)具量(liang)儀的(de)(de)讀(du)數(shu)值是否直接表示被測尺寸的(de)(de)數(shu)值,可分為絕對(dui)測量(liang)和相對(dui)測量(liang)。

3、按被測(ce)(ce)表(biao)面與(yu)量(liang)(liang)具量(liang)(liang)儀的(de)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)頭是否接觸(chu),分為接觸(chu)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)和非接觸(chu)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)。

4、按一次測(ce)量(liang)參(can)數的多(duo)少,分為(wei)單項測(ce)量(liang)和綜(zong)合測(ce)量(liang)。

5、按測(ce)量在加(jia)工過程中所起的(de)作用,分為主動測(ce)量和被(bei)動測(ce)量。

6、按被測(ce)(ce)零件在測(ce)(ce)量過程中所處(chu)的狀態,分為靜態測(ce)(ce)量和(he)動態測(ce)(ce)量。

二、五金零件加工(gong)精度的(de)相關內(nei)容(rong):

1、尺寸精度(du):指(zhi)加工后零(ling)件的(de)實(shi)際尺寸與零(ling)件尺寸的(de)公差帶(dai)中心(xin)的(de)相符合程(cheng)度(du)。

2、形狀(zhuang)精度:指加工后的零件表面的實際幾何形狀(zhuang)與(yu)理想的幾何形狀(zhuang)的相符合程度。

3、位置精度:指加工后(hou)零件有(you)關表面之間的實(shi)際位置精度差別。

4、相(xiang)互關系:通常(chang)在(zai)設計機器(qi)零件及規(gui)定零件加工精度(du)(du)時,應注意將形狀誤差控制(zhi)在(zai)位置(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)差內,位置(zhi)(zhi)誤差又應小于(yu)尺(chi)寸公(gong)差。即精密(mi)零件或零件重要表面,其形狀精度(du)(du)要求(qiu)應高于(yu)位置(zhi)(zhi)精度(du)(du)要求(qiu),位置(zhi)(zhi)精度(du)(du)要求(qiu)應高于(yu)尺(chi)寸精度(du)(du)要求(qiu)。
