五金零件加工精度的測量方法

一(yi)、五金零件加工精(jing)度根據不同的加工精(jing)度內(nei)容以(yi)及精(jing)度要(yao)求,采用不同的測量方法(fa)。一(yi)般來說有以(yi)下幾類方法(fa):

1、按是否直(zhi)接(jie)測(ce)量被測(ce)參數(shu),可(ke)分為(wei)直(zhi)接(jie)測(ce)量和間接(jie)測(ce)量。

2、按量(liang)具量(liang)儀(yi)的(de)讀(du)數值是否直接表示被測(ce)尺寸(cun)的(de)數值,可分(fen)為絕對測(ce)量(liang)和相(xiang)對測(ce)量(liang)。

3、按被測表面與量(liang)具量(liang)儀的測量(liang)頭(tou)是否接(jie)觸,分為(wei)接(jie)觸測量(liang)和非接(jie)觸測量(liang)。

4、按一次測量參數的多(duo)少,分為單項測量和(he)綜合測量。

5、按測量(liang)在加(jia)工過程中(zhong)所起的作用,分為主動測量(liang)和被動測量(liang)。

6、按被測(ce)零(ling)件在測(ce)量過程中所處(chu)的狀態,分為靜態測(ce)量和(he)動(dong)態測(ce)量。

二、五金零件(jian)加工精度的相關內容:

1、尺寸精度:指加(jia)工后零件(jian)的實際尺寸與零件(jian)尺寸的公差帶中心的相符合程度。

2、形狀精度:指加工后的(de)零(ling)件(jian)表面的(de)實際幾何(he)形狀與(yu)理(li)想的(de)幾何(he)形狀的(de)相符合(he)程度。

3、位置精度(du)(du):指加工后零(ling)件有關表面之間(jian)的實際(ji)位置精度(du)(du)差別。

4、相互(hu)關系:通常在(zai)設計機器(qi)零件(jian)(jian)及規(gui)定零件(jian)(jian)加工精(jing)度(du)時(shi),應(ying)(ying)注意將形狀誤差(cha)控制在(zai)位(wei)置(zhi)公差(cha)內,位(wei)置(zhi)誤差(cha)又應(ying)(ying)小于尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)公差(cha)。即精(jing)密零件(jian)(jian)或零件(jian)(jian)重要(yao)表面,其(qi)形狀精(jing)度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)應(ying)(ying)高于位(wei)置(zhi)精(jing)度(du)要(yao)求(qiu),位(wei)置(zhi)精(jing)度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)應(ying)(ying)高于尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)精(jing)度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)。
