五金零件加工精度的測量方法

一(yi)、五金零件加工精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)根(gen)據不同(tong)(tong)的(de)加工精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)內容以(yi)(yi)及精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)要求,采用(yong)不同(tong)(tong)的(de)測量方法(fa)。一(yi)般來說有以(yi)(yi)下幾類(lei)方法(fa):

1、按是(shi)否直(zhi)接測(ce)量(liang)被測(ce)參(can)數,可分為直(zhi)接測(ce)量(liang)和間(jian)接測(ce)量(liang)。

2、按量具量儀的讀數值(zhi)是否(fou)直接(jie)表示被測尺寸(cun)的數值(zhi),可(ke)分為絕對測量和相對測量。

3、按(an)被測表面與量(liang)具(ju)量(liang)儀的測量(liang)頭是否接(jie)觸,分為(wei)接(jie)觸測量(liang)和非接(jie)觸測量(liang)。

4、按一(yi)次測量參數的多少(shao),分為單(dan)項測量和綜(zong)合(he)測量。

5、按(an)測量(liang)(liang)在加工過(guo)程(cheng)中所起(qi)的作用,分為主動(dong)測量(liang)(liang)和被動(dong)測量(liang)(liang)。

6、按被測(ce)(ce)零件在(zai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)過程中所(suo)處的狀態(tai),分為靜態(tai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)和動態(tai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)。

二、五金(jin)零件加工(gong)精度的相關內容:

1、尺寸(cun)精度:指加工后零件的實(shi)際尺寸(cun)與零件尺寸(cun)的公差帶中心的相符合程度。

2、形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)精度:指(zhi)加(jia)工(gong)后的零件表面的實際幾(ji)何(he)形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)與(yu)理想的幾(ji)何(he)形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)的相符合程度。

3、位(wei)(wei)置精(jing)度:指(zhi)加(jia)工(gong)后零件有關表面(mian)之(zhi)間的實際位(wei)(wei)置精(jing)度差(cha)別。

4、相互關(guan)系:通常在設(she)計機器零(ling)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)規定零(ling)件(jian)(jian)加工(gong)精(jing)度時,應注(zhu)意將形(xing)狀誤差(cha)控制(zhi)在位置(zhi)公(gong)差(cha)內,位置(zhi)誤差(cha)又應小于尺寸公(gong)差(cha)。即精(jing)密(mi)零(ling)件(jian)(jian)或零(ling)件(jian)(jian)重要表面,其(qi)形(xing)狀精(jing)度要求(qiu)(qiu)應高(gao)于位置(zhi)精(jing)度要求(qiu)(qiu),位置(zhi)精(jing)度要求(qiu)(qiu)應高(gao)于尺寸精(jing)度要求(qiu)(qiu)。
