五金零件加工精度的測量方法

一(yi)、五金零件加(jia)(jia)工精度根據(ju)不(bu)同的加(jia)(jia)工精度內容以(yi)及精度要求,采(cai)用不(bu)同的測量方(fang)法。一(yi)般來(lai)說(shuo)有以(yi)下(xia)幾類方(fang)法:

1、按是否直接(jie)測量被測參數(shu),可分為直接(jie)測量和間接(jie)測量。

2、按量具量儀的讀數值(zhi)是否直接表示被測(ce)尺寸的數值(zhi),可分為絕對(dui)測(ce)量和相對(dui)測(ce)量。

3、按(an)被測(ce)表面(mian)與量(liang)具量(liang)儀的測(ce)量(liang)頭是(shi)否接(jie)觸(chu),分為接(jie)觸(chu)測(ce)量(liang)和非接(jie)觸(chu)測(ce)量(liang)。

4、按(an)一次測(ce)量(liang)參數(shu)的多(duo)少,分為單項(xiang)測(ce)量(liang)和綜合測(ce)量(liang)。

5、按(an)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)在(zai)加工過(guo)程中所起的作用,分為主動測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)和(he)被動測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)。

6、按被測(ce)零件在測(ce)量(liang)過程(cheng)中所處的狀態(tai),分(fen)為(wei)靜(jing)態(tai)測(ce)量(liang)和動(dong)態(tai)測(ce)量(liang)。

二、五金零(ling)件加工精(jing)度的相關內容:

1、尺寸精度(du):指加工后(hou)零件的實(shi)際尺寸與零件尺寸的公差帶中心的相符合程(cheng)度(du)。

2、形(xing)狀精度:指加工后的(de)零件(jian)表面(mian)的(de)實際幾何形(xing)狀與(yu)理想(xiang)的(de)幾何形(xing)狀的(de)相符合程(cheng)度。

3、位置(zhi)精(jing)度:指(zhi)加工后零(ling)件有關表面之間(jian)的實際位置(zhi)精(jing)度差別(bie)。

4、相互關(guan)系:通常在設計機(ji)器零(ling)件(jian)(jian)及規定(ding)零(ling)件(jian)(jian)加(jia)工精(jing)度(du)時,應(ying)注意將形(xing)狀(zhuang)誤差控制在位(wei)置公(gong)差內,位(wei)置誤差又應(ying)小于(yu)尺寸公(gong)差。即精(jing)密零(ling)件(jian)(jian)或零(ling)件(jian)(jian)重(zhong)要表面,其形(xing)狀(zhuang)精(jing)度(du)要求(qiu)應(ying)高(gao)于(yu)位(wei)置精(jing)度(du)要求(qiu),位(wei)置精(jing)度(du)要求(qiu)應(ying)高(gao)于(yu)尺寸精(jing)度(du)要求(qiu)。
