一、五金零件加工精(jing)(jing)(jing)度根(gen)據不同的加工精(jing)(jing)(jing)度內容(rong)以(yi)及精(jing)(jing)(jing)度要(yao)求,采用不同的測量方法(fa)。一般來說有(you)以(yi)下幾類(lei)方法(fa):

1、按是否直(zhi)接測(ce)量被測(ce)參數,可分為直(zhi)接測(ce)量和間接測(ce)量。

二、五金零件加工(gong)精度的相關內容:

1、尺寸精度:指加(jia)工后零件的實際尺寸與零件尺寸的公差帶中心的相符合(he)程度。

2、形(xing)狀精度:指(zhi)加(jia)工后的(de)零(ling)件表面的(de)實際幾(ji)(ji)何(he)形(xing)狀與(yu)理(li)想的(de)幾(ji)(ji)何(he)形(xing)狀的(de)相符(fu)合(he)程(cheng)度。
