五金零件加工精度的測量方法

一、五金零件加工(gong)精度(du)根據不(bu)同(tong)的加工(gong)精度(du)內容(rong)以(yi)及(ji)精度(du)要求,采用不(bu)同(tong)的測量方法。一般來說有以(yi)下幾類方法:

1、按是否(fou)直接(jie)測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)測(ce)參數,可分為直接(jie)測(ce)量(liang)和間接(jie)測(ce)量(liang)。

2、按量具量儀的讀數值是否直接(jie)表示被測尺寸(cun)的數值,可分為絕對(dui)測量和(he)相(xiang)對(dui)測量。

3、按被測表面與量(liang)具量(liang)儀的測量(liang)頭是(shi)否接(jie)觸(chu)(chu),分為(wei)接(jie)觸(chu)(chu)測量(liang)和(he)非接(jie)觸(chu)(chu)測量(liang)。

4、按一次測(ce)量(liang)參數(shu)的(de)多少,分為單項測(ce)量(liang)和綜合測(ce)量(liang)。

5、按測(ce)量(liang)在加(jia)工(gong)過程中(zhong)所起的(de)作用,分為主動測(ce)量(liang)和(he)被動測(ce)量(liang)。

6、按被測零件在測量過(guo)程中所處的狀(zhuang)態(tai),分(fen)為靜態(tai)測量和動態(tai)測量。

二、五金零件加工精度的相關內(nei)容:

1、尺寸(cun)精度:指加工后零件的實際尺寸(cun)與(yu)零件尺寸(cun)的公差(cha)帶(dai)中心的相符合程(cheng)度。

2、形(xing)狀精度:指加(jia)工后的零件表面的實(shi)際幾(ji)何(he)形(xing)狀與理想的幾(ji)何(he)形(xing)狀的相(xiang)符合(he)程度。

3、位(wei)置(zhi)精度:指加工后零件有關表面(mian)之間的實(shi)際位(wei)置(zhi)精度差(cha)別。

4、相互關系:通常在設計機(ji)器(qi)零(ling)件及規定零(ling)件加(jia)工精(jing)度(du)(du)時,應注意將形(xing)狀(zhuang)誤差控制(zhi)在位置公差內,位置誤差又應小于尺寸公差。即精(jing)密(mi)零(ling)件或零(ling)件重要(yao)表面(mian),其形(xing)狀(zhuang)精(jing)度(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)應高(gao)于位置精(jing)度(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),位置精(jing)度(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)應高(gao)于尺寸精(jing)度(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。

任(ren)何加工(gong)(gong)方法所得到的實際(ji)參(can)數(shu)都不會絕對準確,從零件(jian)的功(gong)能看,只要(yao)加工(gong)(gong)誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)在零件(jian)圖要(yao)求的公差(cha)(cha)范圍內,就認為(wei)保證了加工(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)。機(ji)(ji)器(qi)的質(zhi)(zhi)量取決于零件(jian)的加工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量和(he)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)的裝配(pei)質(zhi)(zhi)量,零件(jian)加工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量包含零件(jian)加工(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)和(he)表面質(zhi)(zhi)量兩(liang)大(da)部分(fen)。機(ji)(ji)械加工(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)是指零件(jian)加工(gong)(gong)后的實際(ji)幾何參(can)數(shu)(尺寸(cun)、形狀和(he)位(wei)置)與理想(xiang)幾何參(can)數(shu)相(xiang)符合的程(cheng)度(du)。它(ta)們之(zhi)間的差(cha)(cha)異稱為(wei)加工(gong)(gong)誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)。加工(gong)(gong)誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)的大(da)小(xiao)反(fan)映(ying)了加工(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)的高(gao)低。誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)越(yue)大(da)加工(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)越(yue)低,誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)越(yue)小(xiao)加工(gong)(gong)精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)越(yue)高(gao)。
